We are seeking a Senior Weekend HCA for a role in Leeds.

What does the role entail

As a Senior Weekend HCA, your responsibility will be to perform high-quality support for people in need of care. The job involves helping with their immediate needs and assisting them with their daily tasks.

To be an ideal Senior Weekend HCA candidate, you need the following:

• Flexibility to work varied shifts.
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
• Get enjoyment out of the work and care they give.

Position requirements include:

• Be able to provide two professional references that are verified with the organisation.
• Establish effective working relationships.
• Be happy to work in different care home settings (job descriptions may vary).
• Commitment to providing high quality care.
• Possess up-to-date training in all the necessary fields.

You will be paid:£10.42-£20.00

*Every successful applicant is required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
