Role description:

As a Support Worker (Flexible hours), you need to show patience and be positive when communicating with residents. Your activities will be varied on a day-to-day basis, but will all contribute to ensuring a good quality of life for those under your care.

A good Support Worker (Flexible hours) candidates would need to have:

• Flexibility to have a varied shift schedule.
• The ability to always display excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Position requirements include:

• Manage and plan your own workload effectively.
• Provide at least two professional references that are verified with the organisation.
• Be committed to providing superb care.

Hourly rate of pay£10.42-£20

*Any person who is successful in getting the role is required to undergo a DBS check (enhanced level).

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
