Role specification:

As a Health Care Assistant - Days, you'll be responsible for both the physical and social care of residents, helping them with activities to promote an independent and dignified life.

We would expect a Health Care Assistant - Days to possess:

• Excellent communication skills - verbal, non-verbal and written.
• Flexible with shifts and adaptable to changing working patterns.

The position’s requirements are:

• Have the ability to manage workload assignments effectively.
• Be able to produce two professional references (verified with the organisation).
• You need to be able to live and work in the UK.
• Have experience establishing effective working relationships.

Hourly rate of pay£10.42-£19

*We require all successful candidates to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if successful.

*Note: At least 6 months of experience in the past 2 years (or 2 years in the last 5) is required in a hospital, residential care home or nursing home, in order to apply.
