Job description:

As a RMN (Flexi-hours), your job will be to improve residents' quality of life, whilst establishing a great relationship with both themselves and their loved ones.

A good RMN (Flexi-hours) candidates would need to have:

• Have a caring and compassionate character.
• Get enjoyment out of the work and care they give.
• A minimum of six months experience (in the last two years) working in Nursing or Residential care. Two years experience in the last five is also okay.

Position requirements include:

• Provide a verifiable work history of at least five years.
• Undergone up-to-date training in all mandatory fields.
• Be happy to attend a number of different care homes.

Wage:£21.84-£43.68

*Every successful applicant is required to apply for a DBS check (enhanced level).

*Due to the nature of the role, suitable experience is required. The following is accepted: 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years working in a hospital setting, a nursing home or a residential care home.
