In Birkenhead, we are now looking for a Senior Support Worker.

Your duties:

Working as a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be responsible for providing support to others, so that they can live their days to the fullest. You will be assisting with any needs, both personal and physical, to better their life.

What we want to see in a Senior Support Worker:

• Six months of working experience in Nursing or Residential Care in the past two-years, or two years experience in the last five.
• A caring and sympathetic attitude at all times.
• Adaptability to different work shifts.

The position’s requirements are as follows:

• Understand how to prepare and manage your workload.
• Have the right to live and work in the UK.
• Be able to adapt to different care home settings.
• Have current, up-to-date training.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Provide at least two professional references that are verified with the organisation.

Hourly rate of pay£10.42-£19.90

*Every successful applicant is required to undertake a DBS check (enhanced level).

*We do require that all our bank staff have recent experience in a nursing or residential care home or a hospital setting. We require 6 months in the last 2 years, or 2 years in the last 5.
